Tiger Woods has just announced that he will return to competitive golf at next weeks, World Golf Championships: Accenture Match Play Championship. Tiger’s last tournament, of course, was his thrilling U.S. Open win last June. The PGA TOUR has done ok in his absence, introducing us to young stars like Anthony Kim and Camilo Villegas, but no doubt there is a huge sigh of relief coming from Tour headquarters in Florida.
Tiger chose to come back in the match play format, which he dominates with a few exceptions, he is set to take on Brendan Jones in the first round on Wednesday. What do you think of the World’s Number One being back in action?
